I have a samsung gravity and when i brought the phone case the lady put it on for me, but I just brought one off of ebay and I can't the the first one off the phone, any suggestions?How do i remove snap on cell phone cases ?
Take it to T-Mobile, and they can change it for you, or you can find where you need to snap off the shell of the phone. Usually the back.
