If a Vera Bradley Peacock cell phone case costs $5, would they sell it at Hallmark for the same price, retired?

I am trying to but the Peacock Cell Phone case, (vera bradley) and on there website it says that it costs $5, since it is retired. Would it cost the same price at a Hallmark store and would they still sell it at a Hallmark store.If a Vera Bradley Peacock cell phone case costs $5, would they sell it at Hallmark for the same price, retired?
