Does cell phone bling stick to the rubber cell phone cases?

does cell phone jewels stick to the covers for cell phones that are the rubber feel coveres but they are hard. do they stick to those?? and where do you get those jewels anyway? thanks!Does cell phone bling stick to the rubber cell phone cases?
I think it would stick to the rubber. You can buy the bling at the mall if they have a cell phone store or cart or something. Or just at your regular cell phone company store sometimes.
