Court cases over phone?

Is it possible to do a custody hearing over the phone if the guardians live too far away for a hearing in person?Court cases over phone?
Probably not. Some administrative hearings can be done by phone, but something like this requires in person appearance because how one acts while testifying is a big deal. It is possible it could be a video appearance, but there are still concerns.

They should make an effort to be there for the sake of the child. The judge will wonder why they won't appear.Court cases over phone?
The guardian will have to make arrangements to be there or lose.
never heard of that
